Is kibble really cleaning your pet’s teeth?

I consistently hear from pet owners about how they believe kibble keeps their pet’s teeth clean.  But the truth is that there are many factors that determine dental health, one being diet. The high carbohydrate content and sugars added to some pet foods can actually cause more tartar to build on the teeth.
